Meet Our Team
Bill Cleverley
Founder
Bill was the President of Cleverley + Associates since its formation in January 2000 until 2014 when he assumed the role of Chairman.Prior to forming Cleverley + Associates Bill was the President and Founder of CHIPS (Center for Healthcare Industry Performance Studies).
He is also Professor Emeritus at The Ohio State University where he has taught courses in healthcare finance since 1973.
Bill has written extensively in the area of healthcare finance in both professional and academic journals.
Jamie Cleverley
President
James (Jamie) O. Cleverley, MHA serves as President for Cleverley + Associates, where he has worked since 2003. Jamie consults with hospital and healthcare organizations to identify financial and operating opportunities and develop strategies for performance improvement.
He has authored over fifty books and articles dealing with healthcare financial analysis and application, including the annual Community Value Index® hospital survey, The State of the Hospital Industry, and The Essentials of Health Care Finance. He is a two-time recipient of the Healthcare Financial Management Association’s Yerger/Seawell Best Article award.
